Drawing the second chapter took me a lot longer than I expected. But the good thing on having more time, is that I had the chance to overthought the coloring concept to fit my story. I now decided, black and withe for the searching of his sister, to give this part a film noir aspect und use colour for the dreams.

I`m now layouting the third and final chapter, which take place completely in the nightmare world of the main character Veidt (not totally sure about the name).

Veid, jemand der unter bizarren Träumen leidet, wird von seiner Schwester gebeten, einen mysteriösen Mann zu suchen. Auf dieser Suche verliert sich Veidt, in einem Alptraum aus Wahnvorstellung und Halluzinationen und überschreitet am Ende gar die Grenzen des eigenen Verstandes.

The other side - part one

"The other Side" stellt meinen Versuch dar, gut lesbares storytelling und eindrucksvolles Charakterdesign zu verbinden. Storys bei denen Traum und Wirklichkeit ineinander übergehen, faszinieren mich schon lange.

Die Zeichnung sind in A4 angelegt und ursprünglich von der Spontanität anderer bloggender Comiczeichner (besonders Hillerkillers "Als ich mal verschollen war") inspiriert. 

Die Geschichte ist als Endlosserie angelegt. Weitere Episoden folgen bald...
